Mike "Solar Mike" Arenson -- Solar Week Spring 2008 guest expert on solar energy

Mike Arenson, popularly known as "Solar Mike", has more than 30 years experience in the solar industry. He has managed his own solar design business and worked with many solar energy companies, helping hundreds of homes and businesses use solar energy.

Solar Mike has received national recognition for his work, including the U.S Department of Energy "National Energy Award." He has a B.S. in Physical Science from the University of New Mexico, and M.A. in Science Education from UC Santa Cruz.
