    UV rays are both good and bad: they give you a nice suntan, and your body makes vitamin D after exposure to UV rays from the sun.
    When you go sunbathing you should use suntan lotion and sunglasses because too much exposure can be dangerous: it may cause skin cancer, premature aging (wrinkles), or eye damage.
